Connor woke up at 5:45 this morning! Mommy and daddy were not ready to get up that early. We had another hot and gorgeous day today. Late this afternoon a thunderstorm popped up, but we were already in the room getting ready to eat some dinner.  Connor got a little fussy tonight, but his naps were shorter today (I think he is having so much fun he doesn't want to sleep because he is afraid he will miss something). I'm so thankful that he still goes to sleep at night without any fuss even though he is not in his own crib. He is such a good baby!

We had a gorgeous day at the beach yesterday. Connor loves being here and he's learning that he can't eat the sand! We went to the pool and the beach and then to the outlets and then to Lamberts for dinner. Lots of people are here and we haven't seen any signs of oil. The beach is very clear and pretty and people are all out in it. Connor has been in great moods so far! We are having a blast.

We left for Gulf Shores this morning around 7:00 this morning. I was really worried about how well Connor would do riding in a car for that long of a time, but he did GREAT! We stopped one time for him to eat and stretch and then got back on the road. He didn't cry one time the whole way here.  After his long nap this afternoon (see the picture above), we took him out to the pool and the beach. He LOVED outside, especially watching the waves and the sea gulls.  We are really tired from our long day, but will post more pictures tomorrow.
